Return Policy for Paws R Us

Thank you for shopping at Paws R Us. We value your trust, and we strive to provide you with products of the highest quality. However, if you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, please carefully review our return policy outlined below.

1. Return Conditions:

All items must be returned in original condition, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn by pets. This ensures that every customer receives a brand-new product.

The returned item should include all accessories, user manuals, and any free gifts that came in or with the product.

2. Time Frame for Returns:

Returns will be accepted within 14 days of the receipt date. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.


3. Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact us at agnes.lai@paws-r-us.shop. Provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Once your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

4. Refunds:

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

5. Exchanges:

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please reach out to our customer service. Items for exchange must meet the same conditions as returns.


6. Shipping Costs:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over a certain value, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

7. Damaged or Defective Products:

If the product arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We will promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund after we have received the damaged product.


8. Exceptions:

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Certain types of items may be exempt from being returned for a refund. This includes gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items.

9. Final Decisions:

Paws R Us reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether the criteria for a refund set forth in this return policy have been met. We are committed to fairness and will act reasonably and in good faith, but our decision on whether the conditions of this return policy have been met is final.
